Lightning Strikes Four West Kittanning HomesSevere Storms Move Through Pittsburgh AreaPOSTED: 11:11 pm EDT June 23, 2008 WEST KITTANNING, Pa. -- Lightning struck four homes in Armstrong County on Monday night.Firefighters responded to calls on Pine Hill Road, Lincoln Avenue, Sioux Avenue and Garfield Street in West Kittanning.Authorities said a homeowner lost his microwave and another homeowner's breakers were tripped.Some trees snapped in half in the area.
