10th Street Bypass ClosedUPDATED: 7:35 am EST January 16, 2007 PITTSBURGH -- The 10th Street Bypass will be shut down for several months because of prep work on the North Shore Connector project.Crews are working on a retaining wall for part of the connector -- an underground tunnel for Port Authority trolleys that will link downtown with the North Shore.Fort Duquesne Boulevard is the suggested detour.
