Chad Hurley is responsible for a Web site viewed by millions of people every day.

But did you know the "YouTube guy" graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania?

WTAE Channel 4's news exchange partners at the Tribune-Review reported that Hurley, who co-founded YouTube.com, is back in town this weekend.

Hurley, a 1999 fine arts grad, will be honored as one of IUP's 2007 Distinguished Alumni. He'll also participate in two panel discussions as part of the celebration.

For more, watch tonight's "Plugged In" report by Thepittsburghchannel.com's Ashley DiParlo on Channel 4 Action News at 5 p.m.

YouTube made headlines last year when Google bought it for $1.65 billion in stock.

Hurley currently serves as YouTube's CEO and chief creative officer.
