There is some new information about George Sodini -- the man who shot and killed three women at the LA Fitness center in Collier Township.

A woman is claiming she was stalked and harassed for years before the shooting.

Team 4 Investigator Paul Van Osdol filed this report on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009.

Pam Quillin was a friend of George Sodini's and they both belonged to the same church. But he wanted a more intimate relationship and when he could not have it, she said he stalked and threatened her.

Quillin cried when she first heard Sodini was responsible for the shootings at LA Fitness. Ten years ago she tried to include Sodini in her group of friends.

Photos from Sodini's Web site show them swimming and biking.

Quillin said, “I had never even held George's hand. I had never kissed him, had no desire to get close to him in that regard because I saw the warning signs about, something was not quite right with him and I didn't know what it was and I wasn't going to spend time trying to figure it out.”

But Sodini kept pursuing her -- posting about her on his website.

Quillin continued, “He had in that webpage completely fantasized about our friendship and thought it was romantic in nature and he had these big red kissing lips at the end of it.”

Quillin got a deacon at their church to talk to Sodini and remove the offensive material from his website. But then it got worse.

“He couldn't handle it so he started calling me again at my home and threatened me with stalking, told me he had already driven by my home,” Quillin stated.

“I was afraid of him,” Quillin said.

Finally a state trooper -- a friend of a friend -- intervened and told Sodini not to bother her. She never heard from him again. But she still lived in fear.

Quillin reported, “I have a 357 magnum and I slept with that in my bed for quite some time.”

Six years later -- Sodini went on a rampage at LA Fitness -- killing three women and injuring nine others.

Quillin said she really did not have any peace of mind until she moved to Colorado two years ago. She says she thinks about and prays for Sodini's victims.
