A post-operational transsexual accused of murdering her sixth husband in a botched castration attempt has a history of strange behavior, WTAE-TV's Marcie Cipriani reports.
Westmoreland County Register of Wills Earl Keim on Thursday recounted a 1980 meeting he had with Tammy Felbaum (pictured, right), who was then Tammy Wyda, as she sought a license to marry a Greensburg man.
Keim's story about that encounter contains graphic content. WTAE video of his interview with Cipriani contains explicit language. Click here to read more about Keim's story or watch the video.
Felbaum, 42, allegedly castrated James John Felbaum last month in the couple's Harrisville home, about 50 miles north of Pittsburgh. She is charged with criminal homicide and is being held without bond in Butler County Jail.
