  • Taylor, who is accused of killing three people and wounding two others in a March 1 shooting spree, is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 22 at 9:30 a.m.

    The hearing had been delayed because Taylor's mental state was in question. Allegheny County Judge Jeffrey Manning ruled on Aug. 2 that Taylor is competent to stand trial.
