WTAE-TV is now interviewing School Coordinator candidates for our High School Playbook website. The successful candidate will help market highschoolplaybook.com to the Pittsburgh community by engaging schools, faculty, students, parents, fans, and support organizations like PTAs. Primary duties include visiting schools to market, brand, encourage user-generated content, and traffic. Must be comfortable promoting in-person and on the phone, one-on-one and with groups delivering presentations with efficiency and enthusiasm. Assist news, promotion, marketing and sales departments to coordinate station tours and digital training. Generate story ideas for exclusive online content. Must exhibit strong interest in local high schools and sports. Heavy emphasis on written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Must be well-versed in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word (or Mac equivalent). Motor Vehicle Record check required.
