Off-field pictures of Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger posing on a motorcycle have surfaced, causing a bit of stir in Pittsburgh.

Cleveland Browns tight end Kellen Winslow was injured in a minor motorcycle accident last weekend, leading many to question whether a player as valuable as Roethlisberger should be riding a bike.

Several Steelers told Channel 4 Action Sports that, to the best of their knowledge, their contracts contain clauses stating they could lose some or all of the money from their signing bonuses if they get hurt on a motorcycle.

Agent Leigh Steinberg said Roethlisberger's motorcycle is safe, and he called his client a responsible, licensed rider

Neither Roethlisberger nor Steelers officials commented publicly on Wednesday.
