Myron Cope Getting Ready For Season 35

PITTSBURGH -- Myron Cope, the voice of the Steelers, is recovering from throat surgery.

Cope had his epiglottis removed after doctors found a lump. After a few complications, the Pittsburgh legend is on the road to recovery.

Channel 4 Action News anchor Sally Wiggin sat down with Cope and he told her he is ready for season number 35 in the broadcast booth.

Cope expects to be back in the broadcast booth for the second pre-season game.
