A celebrity Web site is reporting Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who is facing sexual assault allegations, has pulled out of a high-profile golf tournament.

TMZ.com reported Roethlisberger is no longer taking part in the Kraft Nabisco Championship Celebrity Pro-Am, scheduled for March 29 in California.

Roethlisberger has kept a low profile since new allegations he assaulted a woman in a Georgia nightclub.

A 20-year-old college student told police in Milledgeville, Ga., that she was sexually assaulted early on the morning of March 5 at the Capital City nightclub. That investigation is ongoing, and no charges have been filed against Roethlisberger.

Detectives in that case said they are interested in interviewing Andrea McNulty.

McNulty accused Roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her in Nevada in 2008.

Her attorney told Channel 4 Action News he will not allow his client to speak to them.

Roethlisberger counter-sued McNulty after she filed her civil claim. No criminal charges were laid in that case.

Both suits are still pending.

Steelers President Art Rooney said the team is going to wait for the investigation into the allegations to be complete before deciding what, if any, action to take on the matter.
