Sinclair, Russ Lead Colonials Past Wagner 37-10

Jeff Sinclair threw three touchdowns and Myles Russ ran for 173 yards on 19 carries to lead Robert Morris to a 37-10 win over Wagner on Saturday.

Sinclair, who finished with 197 yards passing, broke a 10-10 tie with 12:14 left in the third quarter when he connected with Shadrae King on a 14-yard touchdown. The Colonials (4-6, 4-3 Northeast Conference) pushed their lead to 24-10 on Sinclair's 24-yard passing score to Tyler Digby in the third.

Sinclair, who went 15-for-27 passing, also had a 5-yard touchdown throw to Sherrard Evers in the opening quarter for Robert Morris. Garrett Clawson made field goals from 36, 46 and 34 yards.

The Colonials finished with 422 yards on offense compared to the Seahawks (6-4, 5-2), who totaled 286 yards.

Wagner's Eric Foxworth led his team with 79 yards on 17 carries.
