2009 PITTSBURGH -- The Stanley Cup was in Pittsburgh on Thursday, making the first of what fans hope will be many visits to the Consol Energy Center.Construction workers cheered "Let's Go Pens" as Penguins president David Morehouse, clad in a suit and hard hat, carried hockey's championship trophy to the site of the team's future home across Centre Avenue from Mellon Arena.Workers got a chance to pose for photographs with the cup, which the Pens won last month in a thrilling seven-game series against the Detroit Red Wings."I'm a season ticket holder. Big fan all my life," said one worker. "It's great to see it actually here. Hopefully, it'll bring some luck to the new arena.""I got to actually kiss it, touch it. It's a great opportunity," said another worker."Hour off of work, still get paid -- can't beat it," said another worker. The new arena is expected to be built in time for the 2010-2011 season.
