2009 PITTSBURGH -- A "Dethrone Detroit" rally will be held downtown in Market Square Tuesday prior to Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Penguins and Red Wings.Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl and Allegheny County Chief Executive Dan Onorato have also declared it "Black and Gold Day."The rally, which kicks off at noon, will feature the Pens mascot, Iceburgh, face painters and musical entertainment.Those attending are encouraged to wear their Pens gear and are asked to bring a canned good, non-perishable food item, or cash donation, which will be donated to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.Those who do not have a ticket to the game at Mellon Arena later that night can watch all the action on the outdoor screen at Gate 3.Game time is set for 8 p.m.
