While there were still some missing faces from the Steelers voluntary workouts on Tuesday, the team welcomed a key member of their Super Bowl XLIII roster back to the South Side.

Running back Willie Parker, linebacker Larry Foote and safety Troy Polamalu were absent from the OTA (organized team activity), but Super Bowl XLIII MVP Santonio Holmes was back at practice after having flight problems and arriving late to town on Monday.

Holmes' celebrity has increased since he caught the game-winning touchdown in the waning moments of the Super Bowl to beat the Arizona Cardinals and earn the Steelers a league-leading sixth Lombardi Trophy.

While some of his teammates may not have seen him in person during the off-season, they certainly saw a lot of him on TV.

"Jay Leno, 'Regis & Kelly,' '106 & Park,' David Letterman -- what else you want? When you watch those late night shows, you're watching actresses, presidents, governors and here comes Santonio Holmes," said cornerback Ike Taylor of his teammate's media tour.

But Holmes insists all the attention and hype that goes along with winning a Super Bowl has only made him hungrier.

"Higher stakes -- you got to climb the mountain again. You're already at the top, but it start's a new season, therefore you've got to climb it again and reach the top again," said Holmes.
