Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward is facing another fine.

Ward was fined $5,000 by the NFL for unnecessary roughness in the Steelers' game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sept. 29.

According to WTAE's news exchange partners, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Ward said he was also fined $10,000 for unnecessary roughness on Oct. 5 at Jacksonville.

Ward wasn't penalized for unnecessary roughness in either game

"I'm getting fined for plays that I'm not getting flagged on," Ward told the Tribune-Review.

"From what they're telling me, I still don't understand. If it's such a fine, then it should be a flag. I want to see what they're giving those guys who are getting flagged for personal fouls."

Ward said he plans to appeal the fines.
