2006 FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio -- Domestic violence charges have been dropped against Pittsburgh Steelers first-round draft pick Santonio Holmes.The Franklin County, Ohio, prosecutor dropped the charges in court Monday morning after Holmes completed NFL required counseling and the victim said she was not interested in pursuing the charges.In May, police said Holmes threw the mother of his child to the floor, grabbed her arms and slammed her into a door.
