WTAE-TV AND ARBY'S SUMMERFEST 2003 ORLANDO TRIP GIVEAWAY
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Contest begins June 1, 2003 and ends June 29, 2003.
3. Entry forms available at participating area Arby's restaurants, Sandcastle, and WTAE-TV.
4. Entries must be mailed to Summerfest Trip Giveaway, WTAE-TV, 400 Ardmore Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15221 or send a postcard with complete name, address, and phone number to Summerfest Trip Giveaway, WTAE-TV, 400 Ardmore Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15221. All entry forms and postcards must be postmarked by July 1, 2003.
5. Employees, suppliers, advertising agencies, and immediate families of WTAE-TV, Hearst-Argyle Television, Internet Broadcast Systems, WB Doner, and Arby's Franchise Trust, its Franchisees, Arby's Inc., d/b/a Triarc Restaurant Group, Triarc Companies, Inc., Arby's Cooperative Purchasing, Inc., AFA Service Corporation (hereafter jointly referred to as ARBY'S). Also excluded are Sandcastle, Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau, AirTran Airways, Holiday Inn Family Suites Resort, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show, Pirates Dinner Adventure, Gatorland, and Boggy Creek Airboat Rides may not enter.
6. Odds of winning are based on the number of completed entries.
7. By entering this contest, each winner gives WTAE-TV the right to use his/her name and/or likeness in any photographs, video, or audio tapes for publicity purposes with no further compensation.
8. Enter as many times as you like. Photocopies will not be accepted. One entry per envelope.
9. Winners must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
10. Void where prohibited.
11. Entry must include entrant's name, address, and telephone number.
12. A random drawing of all complete entries postmarked by July 1, 2003 will take place on July 8, 2003.
13. The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four people to Orlando Florida with:
Round trip air fare for four from Pittsburgh to Orlando, one room for four nights at the Holiday Inn Family Suites Resort
(two bedroom kidsuite and free hot breakfast buffet daily), and admission for four people to the following: Dolly
Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show, Pirates Dinner Adventure, Gatorland and Boggy Creek Airboat Rides.
14. The grand prize package must be used by July 15, 2004 and is subject to availability and holiday black out dates.
15. The Orlando Florida prize package has a retail value of approximately $2,000.
16. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and will be issued a 1099 IRS tax form for the value of the prize.
17. WTAE-TV will notify the winners by phone and mail sometime the week of July 8-15, 2003. Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau will make all arrangements for the Grand Prize trip. Accommodations are based upon availability.
18. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
19. Winners agree to hold employees, suppliers, advertising agencies, and immediate families of WTAE-TV, Hearst-Argyle Television, Internet Broadcast Systems, WB Doner, Arby's, Sandcastle, Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau, AirTran Airways, Holiday Inn Family Suites Resort, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show, Pirates Dinner Adventure, Gatorland, and Boggy Creek Airboat Rides and their affiliates harmless against all claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize winning.
20. Employees, suppliers, advertising agencies, and immediate families of WTAE-TV, Hearst-Argyle Television, Internet Broadcast Systems, WB Doner, Arby's, Sandcastle, Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau, AirTran Airways, Holiday Inn Family Suites Resort, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show, Pirates Dinner Adventure, Gatorland, and Boggy Creek Airboat Rides are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or illegible entry forms.
