2009 SOMERSET, Pa. -- Somerset State Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened early Monday morning along State Route 31.Patricia Sarver, 72, died in the crash.Sarver’s Ford Windstar was traveling east on Route 31 when it struck the right guardrail, re-entered the roadway, crossed both lanes and flipped over the other guard rail, police said.The car was found resting on its roof at the bottom of a 100-foot embankment.Police have not said what caused the crash.
