2009 JENNER TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A 15-month-old boy was accidentally struck and killed by a family member pulling out of a driveway in Somerset County, state police said.The accident happened on First Street in Jenner Township at about 11:20 a.m. on Monday.Police said the family was constructing a garage when a relative of Jeremiah Marsh started to pull out, accidentally hitting the boy with the vehicle.
