Have you heard the latest buzz?

One of the new buzz words in the Internet world is "podcast," and Channel 4 Action News is taking the next step to be on the forefront of this emerging technology.

Basically, podcasts are MP3 audio programs that are available to be downloaded onto your computer and transferred to an iPod or any portable media device that supports MP3s. It can also be played right on your computer, through your speakers.

How Do I Get It?
Getting the podcast is surprisingly easy -- and free! Several free programs are available online that will allow you to download the daily MP3 feeds.

Here's a list of some popular programs:

iPodder (recommended)
iPodderX (mac users only)
jpodder

After you've downloaded a program, you'll be asked to enter a URL to subscribe to the podcast feed. In order to subscribe to an individual Podcast, enter the following URLs:
