2006 WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. -- An accident on Interstate 70 caused a traffic mess on Monday morning.Police said that a tractor-trailer that was hauling asbestos jackknifed near Bentleyville.The accident ruptured the fuel tank , which caused a diesel-fuel leak.Traffic was detoured for a time but as of Monday afternoon, one lane was reopened.Police said the driver was not injured.
