2006 PITTSBURGH -- A judge has acquitted a Carnegie man in connection with his roommate's death.Joseph Larkin was charged in the shooting death of Chad Mulvin in July 2004.Mulvin's body was found buried in Ohio Township.The judge ruled Larkin acted in self-defense after the two men struggled over a rifle.Prosecutors had alleged that Larkin went to great lengths to cover the crime.
