2006 ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. -- In addition to a Nordstrom store, Ross Park Mall is getting a Cheesecake Factory restaurant.Construction has begun on the new restaurant and it should be open by the end of the year.It will be the second cheesecake factory in the area.
