Attorneys in the shooting rampage trial of Richard Baumhammers will review videotaped depositions Thursday in preparation for opening statements Friday.
Defense attorneys for Baumhammers will also be reviewing reports
submitted by the prosecution's psychologist.
They have sought to delay the trail, saying that prosecutors have failed to turn over evidence critical to Baumhammers' defense.
The 35-year-old suspended immigration attorney is accused of a
two-county shootings spree that left five people dead and one
critically injured.
Sixteen jurors have already been sequestered in the case.
The trial is scheduled to begin Friday at 10 a.m. a day before
the one-year anniversary of the shootings.
