ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. -- Prosecutors now claim that Dr. Cyril Wecht, former coroner's office solicitor Tim Urich and attorney David Armstrong all intimidated witnesses.
They claim Urich left a note on the desk of a witness that read: "Our receptionist is a snitch to the FBI."
Prosecutors also allege Armstrong made comments intimidating witnesses during a radio interview.
Both Urich and Armstrong deny the allegations.
Wecht is accused of using the coroner's office to
benefit his private consulting business.
