Private Funeral Held For Murdered Pitt Student

No Arrests Have Been Made

A private funeral service was held Thursday for Jamie Penich, the University of Pittsburgh student from New Derry, Westmoreland County, who was murdered in a South Korean hotel room two weeks ago.

Penich, 21, had been studying overseas. No arrests have been made.

Pitt officials are making plans for a public memorial service.
