POSTED: 6:29 am EST December 9, 2005

The manager of a sports bar has been fined $325 for untying a 20-year-old worker's bikini top during a golf outing in August.

A district judge fined Mitchell Brewer, of Plum, who manages the North Park Clubhouse in Robinson Township.

The female employee worked at the bar's operation in Hampton Township.

The woman testified Thursday that Brewer tried to force her to reveal her breasts to golfers. When she refused to expose herself, Brewer grabbed her and untied her top, she said.
