Pittsburgh has once again made the list of the world's most livable cities. Vancouver tops the list.

At the bottom of the list are Papua New Guinea's Port Moresby.

Sandwiched in between the two is Pittsburgh at No. 39.

The study by the Economist Intelligence Unit assessed nearly 40 indicators in five broad categories: stability, health care, culture and environment, education and infrastructure.

Cleveland and Pittsburgh had the highest U.S. scores.
