Thirteen years after Shauna Howe was kidnapped, raped and killed, two brothers accused of the crime will go on trial..

James and Timothy O'Brien are accused of grabbing Howe as she walked home from a Girl Scout Halloween party in Oil City, Venango County.

Her body was found three days later.

The O'Briens were charged last year in the case.

Jury selection begins Monday in Indiana County and jurors will be brought to Venango County the following Monday to begin hearing testimony.
