A Washington County man was rushed to the hospital Wednesday with carbon monoxide poisoning.

The 47-year-old man was apparently working on his motorcycle inside his garage -- with the door closed.

The motorcycle was running.

The man tried to call 911 before he passed out.

When troopers arrived, it appeared no one was home -- but they heard the running engine and found the man on the floor of the garage.

He was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital. There is no word on his condition.
