Washington County 911 said many communities were dealing with flooding Monday morning.

Some of the places hardest hit were Fallowfield, North Franklin, Amwell and South Franklin.

Officials said the Tarbuck Trailer Court off of Park Avenue in North Franklin was evacuated. The fire department brought in boats to move residents to safety.

County 911 reported that flooding crested over a dam on private property that runs along East Simmons Road in South Strabane. East Simmons Road runs off Route 519, between Route 40 and Interstate 70.
