PITTSBURGH -- A 26-year-old Downtown worker whose car was found on the side of Interstate 79 is still reported missing, Channel 4's Shiba Russell reported.

Tricia Cartisano, of Morgantown, W.Va., was last seen leaving her job at the state office building in Pittsburgh Tuesday afternoon. She was thought to be headed to her parents' Wheeling, W.Va., home, where she regularly stayed because it's a quicker commute to work.

Cartisano's black Chevrolet Cavalier was found around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday near an I-79 rest stop in South Fayette, not far from the Bridgeville exit. The car's hazard lights were blinking and the woman's house keys, briefcase and other personal items were inside, police said.
Investigators searched for evidence Wednesday at Cartisano's Morgantown apartment, her parents' house and the highway rest stop and surrounding woods.
The Ohio County, W.Va., Sheriff's office said Cartisano does not have a history of mental or emotional problems. Officers are concerned for her safety.
Cartisano is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 118 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was wearing a turquoise sweater, black pants, black shoes, a black leather jacket and a gray knit cap.
