Fire That Killed 2 Greene County Children Ruled Accidental
Waynesburg Fire Started In Dining Room

WAYNESBURG, Pa. -- Investigators have determined that the fire that killed two Greene County children in January was accidental.The children, 11-year-old Noah Havrilesko and 13-year-old Ava Holbert, died when fire swept through a home on Richhill Street in Waynesburg.Investigators spent nine weeks looking for a cause and they determined that the fire started in the dining room.However, they said they also said they may never know the exact cause of the fire because of the severe damage to the home.
