WASHINGTON, Pa. -- Police in Washington County investigated a chain-reaction crash in the rain on Saturday.At least one person was hurt in the early afternoon crash on Interstate 70 in the city of Washington.Three vehicles collided on the on ramp at Jefferson Avenue.There's no word on how serious the injuries were, or what caused the crash.
