Vacant House Fire Keeps New Kensington Fire Crews Busy

State Fire Marshal Now Looking For Answers

NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. -- Two hours after the New Kensington Volunteer Fire Department responded to a house fire on Fifth Avenue Sunday morning, another fire breaks out.

The fire broke out in a vacant home just more than a mile away, on Birch Way around 4a.m. Sunday.

It took crew nearly two hours to get it under control.

The State Police Fire Marshal has been called in to investigate the cause.

Nobody was injured in the fire.
