2009 PITTSBURGH -- The pickup truck driver who allegedly struck a bicyclist making a delivery for his family's Asian restaurant in Oakland is headed to trial.At a preliminary hearing for Timothy Kish on Monday the case was waived to trial.Kish, 51, of Jefferson Hills, is accused of striking Ruihui Lin, 38, with his pickup truck while Lin was riding a bicycle on a delivery route.City paramedics said Lin had menus with him when he was struck near the corner of Louisa Street and Meyran Avenue in August of this year.Kish stopped his truck and approached Lin after the collision, but he did not leave his name or contact information with anyone and he drove off before police arrived, police said.Ruihui Lin, 38, became a citizen of the United States last year and voted for the first time in November, and his pregnant wife and 5-year-old child in China had been planning to join him in Pittsburgh.
