PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- A Bethel Park man charged with running over and killing his ex-girlfriend's husband has posted bond.

Jason Kasper, 35, is facing homicide charges in connection with the death of 49-year-old John Pavlick.

Pavlick's estranged wife, Tracy, said she text messaged Kasper on Halloween night to meet her and her husband. They met up at a bar and then again at the Pavlick's home.

Tracy Pavlick told police that in front of the house her husband jumped on the hood of Kasper's car, slipped underneath, and was run over.

Tracy Pavlick sometimes dated Kasper during a period when she was estranged from her husband. She filed for divorce at one point, but she said the two had reconciled and were trying to make the marriage work.
