The Steelers are accustomed to using their helmets to help paint opposing teams black and blue, but some players are using them to express their artistic sides.

Members of the Steelers teamed up with local artists to create their own signature designs as part of cornerback Deshea Townsend's Pay It Forward Foundation.

Cornerback Ike Taylor's helmet features the words, "You can’t see me," an ode to WWE Champion John Cena and his signature catchphrase.

Artist Duane Rieder worked with the players to create their helmet designs.

He is currently working on one for Troy Polamalu that will be a reflection on the All-Pro safety's desire to have a vineyard.

The sale of all the helmets will help fund free health screenings in Townsend's native Mississippi and Pittsburgh.
