2009 PITTSBURGH -- A renewed push to ban texting while driving in Pennsylvania has emerged at the state Capitol.Under the latest bill, all drivers in the state would be banned from texting while driving. Those caught would receive a $50 fine, which would double for offenses in school or work zones."I think that this is good news today for road safety in Pennsylvania, good news for parents and good news for all drivers. If you're not doing it, there are still drivers on the road doing it making it less safe," said Rep.
