Some In Mercer County Asked To Conserve Water

Reservoir Levels Low Because Of Leak, Officials Say

POSTED: 11:12 pm EDT September 7, 2009

Some residents in Mercer County are asked to conserve water.

Residents in Stoneboro are being asked to only use water as absolutely necessary. Reservoir levels are critically low due, in part, to leaks, officials said.

Water buffaloes were set up at the Stoneboro Volunteer Fire Co.

Residents who need water are asked to bring their own containers.
