Man Kills Mom-In-Law Over Sex, Found GuiltyUPDATED: 6:27 pm EST December 12, 2003 PITTSBURGH -- A North Braddock man accused of killing his mother-in-law to keep her from telling his wife about their affair was convicted of first-degree murder Friday. David Repasky (pictured, right), 26, faces life without parole for killing Lynda McClelland, 44, of Forest Hills, who went missing in March 2000.Donald Wall, the best man at Repasky's wedding, led police to McClelland's shallow grave in some Wilkins Township woods earlier this year. Wall said he helped bury the body. The Allegheny County Coroner's Office ruled that McClelland died of compression of the neck. Repasky said he strangled her because she threatened to tell his then-wife, Amanda, about their sexual encounter, according to Wall. Defense attorney Eric Fischer tried to argue that Wall framed Repasky because Repasky had agreed to testify against Wall in connection with an eight-county burglary ring.
