Burglary Suspects Arrested On Lawrenceville Roof

Police Say Suspects Broke Into Butler St. Business

Police in Pittsburgh said they've arrested two men who broke into a Lawrenceville business and tried to escape by climbing onto the roof.

WTAE's news exchange partners at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Robert Logsdon, 44, of the North Side and Larry Logsdon, 41, of Bedford tried rob Crescent Supply on Butler Street about 2 a.m. on Thursday.

When police arrived, officers heard noises coming from the roof area of the building. Officers followed the sound and found the suspected burglars.

Both men were arrested and are currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail.

The men face a number of charges including burglary and resisting arrest.
