Cars Collide On Avella Road In Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Two drivers were injured when their cars collided in Washington County on Thursday.

The accident happened on Avella Road in Mount Pleasant Township.

One driver was thrown through the passenger side window, while the other was trapped inside.

Medical helicopters flew both victims to area hospitals.
