Police: Man Cited For Jumping In Front Of Traffic In Fright Mask

State Police Say Suspect Donned 'Freddy Krueger' Mask, Scared Drivers

State police said they cited a Westmoreland County man for jumping out in front of traffic while wearing a fright mask.

Michael Stehley, 30, of Bradenville, is accused of donning a Freddy Krueger mask and jumping into traffic along Route 982 at School Street in Derry Township over the weekend.

Freddy Krueger was the antagonist of the "Nightmare on Elm Street" series of horror films.

Police said Stehley was stopped for creating a traffic hazard and was cited for disorderly conduct.
