Bomb Squad Raids Allegheny Co. Home

'Pyrotechnic Devices' Found In Home In Washington Township

The Allegheny County bomb squad found a number of pyrotechnic devices at a Washington Township home.

WTAE's news exchange partners at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported authorities raided the home on Saturday.

A man from New York who lives at the home is accused of carrying a homemade bomb and threatening to blow up a school.

No bombs were found during the raid.

The suspect, Jason Babson, is being held without bail in a New York jail.
