The Parking Chair: A Curious Custom

WTAE's Chris Glorioso Reports

UPDATED: 2:31 pm EST February 21, 2003

WTAE's Chris Glorioso reported that "saving seats" for parking may not be legal, but is a matter of local courtesy.

Those who have worked to clear their parking spaces expect to reap the benefits of that effort. They mark their territory with a chair.
