A convicted sexual assault violator on Allegheny County’s “Most Wanted” list was arrested by police Thursday night in West Homestead.

Sheriff William P. Mullen said Spencer Spiker, 37, did not register as a sex offender under Megan’s Law after pleading guilty to charges of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old one month ago.

Police issued a warrant for Spiker’s arrest after he was charged and arrested for not registering with state police, thus violating his parole.

Spiker was arrested by police at his West Homestead home Thursday night.

He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail and is being held without bond.
