One person was killed and four others injured when two pickup trucks collided Friday afternoon in Springfield Township, Fayette County.

State police in Uniontown said a 1992 Chevy S10 was travelling south on Route 711 at about 1:49 p.m. when it crossed the center line, striking a 1995 Ford F-150 on the driver’s side.

The Chevy pickup then veered into an embankment, police said.

The Chevy’s driver, Audrey Nicole Kingman, 25, of Mill Run, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Two passengers inside the truck were also flown to West Virginia University’s Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Robert Kingman, 22, was taken in critical condition, while Salissa Kingman, 8, was hospitalized in the pediatric intensive care unit, police said.

A driver and passenger inside the Ford pickup were taken to Highland Hospital in Connellsville with moderate and minor injuries, police said.
