A tractor-trailer crash which caused problems for holiday travelers in Allegheny County has been cleared.

Interstate 79 was down to one lane on the southbound side because of the crash for several hours.

Video from traffic cameras in the area show the truck plowed into the guardrail just north of the Mount Nebo Road exit.

State police told Channel 4 Action News the driver of the truck lost control and veered off the road.

One person was hurt in the crash, but there's no word on how serious their injuries are.
