2009 WASHINGTON, Pa. -- Bullet holes riddled a Washington County apartment building Monday night.Police in Washington responded to a call about shots being fired at Lincoln Terrace around 11:30 p.m.No one was injured, but a bullet shattered a window.Witnesses at the scene told Channel 4 Action News that a car was also hit with bullets.Police said the shot appear to have been fired from a small-caliber gun.So far, police have not announced any arrests.
